The 5 principles of success

I listened to a awsome conference call today about being successful in my business. The speaker talked about 5 daily principles for success.

  1. Visualizion

I will have definate goals and visulize myself already having achieved these goals. Goals should be just out of reach. Goals should make me streach, move out of my comfort zone, even if just a little. So, everyday I will visualize myself with my goal already obtained

  2. Personal Development

Work on my self every day, read books, listen to tapes, wrtie in my journal, write in my blogs. Every day I will work on improving my self as a person. This will include mental and physical, yea I will exercise.

  3. Daily income producing activities

I will do something everyday that is for producing income, placing advertising, calling leads, following up with prospects, changing websites. Set aside a golden time every day that is only for income producing activities. During this golden time I will not be disturbed by family, friends, telephone calls (except income producing ones), neighbors, whatever, this time is for my job. This golden time will be a minimum of 1 hour, and I will set aside some everyday.

  4. Mastermind

Listen and have conversations with leaders and others wiser than me. I first read about this concept in the book "Think and Grow Rich" by Napoleon Hill. In his book he talks about having a group of people that you work with and using mulple brains are more than the brains indivually. Andy Andrews in his book "The Travelers' Gift" talks about seaking for wisdom from those who have it. How the decisions I have made up to now have got me to where I am. By listening and getting wisdom for others I can make better decisions, in my work and personal life.

  5. Cultivate Expectations Of Leadership

Become a leader in my field of business. I will become qualified at the next level and then the next level. I will do what it takes so that the people I bring into this business will have an example of someone who has done it and become sucess full in our opportunity.
